Q: Are you shipping times affected by the current COVID-19 crisis?

Unfortunately the current crisis has caused a significant backlog in shipping companies and has lead to increased shipping times. As such any items that are currently not in stock on our Barbados Stock link will require atleast two months to arrive to Barbados. Please contact us for further information.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery for items in Barbados and online credit card payment for any online order.

Q: What currency are your prices in?

Our prices are in Barbados Dollars (BDS) but you can switch the prices to view in US, Eastern Caribbean, Guyanese and Surinamese Dollars. Please note that at checkout you are charged the equivalent value in BDS.

Q: Where are you located?

We currently do not operate from a store front but we are based in Christ Church, Barbados. We do most of our transactions online via Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp.

Q: Do you have canvas print sets in stock in Barbados?

Yes we do! Please visit our Barbados Store section of our website to view what we have in stock. Please note that even if a set is not in stock in Barbados it can still be ordered and shipped to Barbados.

Q: How to arrange delivery for my order in Barbados?

We offer free delivery island wide in Barbados but we can also meet a mutual pick up location.

Q: How long will pre-orders take to arrive in Barbados?

We process our customers’ orders within 2-3 business days after we receive them, excluding weekends. Please note that orders are combined to reduce shipping costs.

Please note that each canvas print wall art is custom made, limited edition, adjusted by hand and printed with special high-grade ink. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate for shipping times.

Q: Can I get a refund?


Note: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours from when you placed your order. Otherwise the item must be returned in order to provide a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also ship it back in the same shipping box that it came in.

Q: Is my personal information safe?


Accents by Daya uses the highest security solutions to protect your personal information. Your credit card and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is used on the internet for payments to be processed safely.

A: Absolutely! We are here to help you make your home beautiful! Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks.
